Fitness Classes

We have several group fitness classes weekly. Our schedule includes a variety of Total Body Conditioning, Stability Ball, and Cardio Pump classes using free weights, challenge bands, ankle tubing, body bars, steps and stability balls. Large classes are taught on the tennis courts. We also have Circuit classes that combine all our fitness equipment and the cable machines for a great strength training class.
Fitness classes are free for fitness members. Non-members can drop in for a $10 fee (or $5 if accompanied by a fitness member).
Cardio Pump
Monday: 8-9am with Donna
We like to call it “The Minute Class!” A combination of Weights/Bands/Tubing and Cardio (using the Step, Cardio Boxing or Laps around the Tennis Courts) done in one minute intervals. This class is a great fat burning workout as well as fun!
Stability Ball Plus
Wednesday: 8-9am with Donna
A Class favorite! The Stability Ball is a great way to work deep into the core muscles as well as working on Balance. Weights and other equipment are used along with the Stability Ball for a total body conditioning workout.
Total Body Conditioning
Tuesday: 8-9am with Bill
Friday: 8-9am with Donna
Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 10-11am with Bill
This class uses the Stability Ball as well as Weights, Bands, Tubing and Mat floor work for a total body workout. Slower paced and perfect for the novice.
Circuit Training
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 6-7pm with Ed (our 3 night classes)
Thursday: 8-9am with Bill
Saturday: 8-9am with Ed
Sunday: 8-9am with Bill
A great strength training class combining all the large Cable Fitness Equipment in our downstairs fitness room as well as Stability Balls, Steps, Body Bars & Dumbbells.
